Global Head of Fixed Income, Member of Amundi’s Executive Committee
Eric Brard graduated in Economics and holds a postgraduate degree in Finance (Sorbonne University). He began his career in 1985 as a primary market bond dealer for L’Européenne de Banque. In 1990, he joined Indosuez AM. Indosuez became Indocam in 1997 and he was appointed Head of Euro Fixed Income. In 2000, Eric joined Societe Generale Asset Management. He headed up the Fixed Income department when SGAM and CAAM merged to create Amundi. Since January 2011, Eric is Global Head of Fixed Income at Amundi and a member of the Executive Committee. Fixed income investments represent more than 70% of Amundi’s € 952 bn of assets under management. The range of strategies covers a wide spectrum including global fixed income, Euro, US dollar, Asian fixed income, currency management. The fixed income platform gathers a hundred fixed income professionals located in Paris, London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Durham, NC.
Executive director of the Markets Directorate at AMF
Philippe Guillot joined the AMF in 2012, making the move to the regulatory side after two decades actively trading in both London and Paris. He began his career at DKL James Capel, now HSBC, before joining Enskilda Securities as a market maker. In 1998 he started with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux in Paris as head of facilitation and was appointed group trading director in 2006. His keen interest in regulatory issues also led him to take part in numerous working groups and market bodies dealing with MiFID issues, in addition to becoming a member of the Securities Trading Committee of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). In his current role with the AMF, Guillot is in charge of supervising three elements: market structure and surveillance; intermediaries and infrastuctures. He also continues to be an advocate for the ecosystem in regulatory matters and is helping ESMA’s work in writing the technical standards under MIFID.

Stéphane Giordano a débuté sa carrière en 1996 au sein de l’Inspection Générale de la Société Générale, où il a conduit diverses missions en France et à l’international avant d’occuper les fonctions d’Inspecteur Principal de 2002 à 2005. Stéphane Giordano a rejoint début 2005 l’activité de courtage actions de la Société Générale, dont il a dirigé les équipes d’exécution pour l’Europe continentale de mi-2008 à 2013. En parallèle, M. Giordano a exercé les fonctions de Directeur Général, puis de Président, de SG Securities (Paris) SAS, la filiale en charge des activités actions de la Société Générale pour la zone. Il a rejoint les équipes Affaires Publiques du pôle Global Banking & Investor Solutions de la banque fin 2013. Stéphane Giordano est membre du Conseil de l’AMAFI depuis fin 2007. Il en assure la présidence depuis fin 2014. Il participe depuis 2011 aux travaux de la Commission Consultative de l’AMF relative à l’organisation et au fonctionnement du marché. Stéphane Giordano est diplômé de l’École Polytechnique.
